EXPLORE THE NORTH – THE SESSIONS

From May to September we also organise Explore the North – The Sessions. A year-round programme packed with stories in our ‘own house’: De Westerkerk (and occasionally elsewhere). We offer a programme bursting with stimulating productions, new perspectives and unusual formats. Featuring our own (co)productions, young talent and established makers. From literature, science, theatre to music, preferably multilingual, interdisciplinary as well as in unexpected collaborations. We also present a literary science programme within the Bosk art project as well a number of productions during the new PAFFF performing arts festival, both held in the city of Leeuwarden.
