Participate in a thousand-year-old ritual
At a festival for music and stories, Mezrab’s Storytelling is of course a natural choice. Mezrab is a House of Stories based in Amsterdam. They will be bringing their storytellers to Explore the North in Leeuwarden. So find a seat and listen to the stories related to ‘transformation’. During Mezrab: Storytelling, in Obe you will become part of a ritual which has taken place across the world for thousands of years: sharing music and stories. Anastasios Sarakatsanos (Greek), Marijn Vissers (Brabants) and Milda Varnauskaite (Lithuanian) will present a programme in English intertwined with their mother tongues.
