SUPER PERSONAL FOR EVERYONE
Marrit Jellema's wonderful spoken word album entitled Superpersoonlijk (Super Personal) was released this year. The rawness, intensity, energy and honesty that won her a Spoken Award in 2019 informs this album as well. The Leeuwarden resident, now 27, has also already published two poetry collections. Marrit's writing and performance is unique, rough around the edges and entirely in her own style. She simply wants to share her story, touch people and introduce them to other aspects of life. Although her writing is personal, everyone will comprehend it. Marrit will be playing Supersoonlijk live at Explore the North, accompanied by Jochem Knoef.
